This practical, interactive masterclass explores what burnout really is, how to recognise it early, and how to prevent it — for yourself and your team.

Having experienced burnout herself, she brings both professional expertise and lived insight to this masterclass. Her approach combines practical tools with space for reflection, helping individuals and teams develop habits that prioritise wellbeing without sacrificing performance.

This programme focuses on sustainable weight management by working with your body, not against it. Instead of calorie counting or rigid rules, it teaches practical, evidence-based strategies that support long-term change.
You’ll learn:
how protein timing supports muscle, satiety, and metabolism,
how to reduce inflammation,
how to stabilise blood sugar to reduce cravings and energy dips, and
how fibre fuels gut health, satiety, and overall wellbeing.
The programme also addresses emotional eating awareness, helping you recognise patterns around food without guilt or restriction. Maintaining and building muscle mass is a key pillar, as muscle plays a central role in healthy weight management.
There is no calorie counting, no strict recipes, no weighed portions, and no short-term mindset. Research and clinical experience consistently show that traditional calorie-counting diets may lead to short-term weight loss, but the body is biologically wired to regain that weight over time.
